Terms and Conditions
By purchasing tickets you agree, on your own behalf and as an agent on behalf of all persons for whom you are purchasing tickets or who will be holding tickets purchased by you (you and each such person being a Ticket Holder), to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Ticket Sales
TEDxStanleyPark tickets will not be sold to bots (automated software) or brokers.
2. Ticket price inclusions
Ticket Holder’s ticket price includes all transaction and supplementary fees (except GST) that apply to the TEDxStanleyPark conference to be held in the Queen Elizabeth Theatre on March 4, 2017.
3. Refund and exchange policy
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
4. Ticket form
A TEDxStanleyPark ticket takes the physical form of a conference bracelet. Any person entering the Queen Elizabeth Theatre auditorium on March 4, 2017 must have a valid bracelet. Lost, stolen or destroyed bracelets will not be honoured nor will bracelets obtained from any source other than TEDxStanleyPark or its agents.
5. Ticket pickup
Ticket Holders picking up conference bracelets must pick them up at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre box office at 650 Hamilton Street between 10:00am and 8:00pm on Friday, March 3, 2017 or between 8:30am and 3:00pm on Saturday, March 4, 2017.
6. Reserved sections
Each bracelet colour directs Ticket Holder to a reserved section where Ticket Holder can claim any unoccupied seat. Once a seat has been claimed, Ticket Holder must not move to another seat.
7. Names of all Ticket Holders
The Queen Elizabeth Theatre requires to know the identity of each Ticket Holder. Ticket Holders holding tickets for others must provide TEDxStanleyPark with their first and last names by February 25, 2017.
8. Not permitted activities
No flash photography, audio or video recording is allowed inside the auditorium but is permitted elsewhere in the theatre.
9. Age restriction
Children under the age of thirteen will not be admitted.
10. Late seating policy
Ticket Holders who arrive after 10:00am will be admitted and are asked to minimize their disturbance of other audience members.
11. Right to refuse admission and evict
TEDxStanleyPark reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission/evict any person(s) whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate or who poses a threat to security, or to the enjoyment of the conference by others.
